How do I contact you for products in bulk (by container)?

Just send us an email from inquiry box or give us a call at the telephone numbers provided on the website.
Please also send us a list of all used/new products you need.
We will be happy to provide you a quote for the products and negotiation with you about the further details of the container.

Generally, it tales less than 48 hours to receive an answer from us.
On the weekends or on national holidays in Japan, it may take little longer.

After both you and ACE JAPAN EXPORT Co., Ltd. agree on the price and other terms and conditions, we will assign our professional staff to prepare the exporting.
We will load the products into either 20ft, 40ft or 40ft HQ container depending on your requirements.

Sure. You can come visit our office and warehouse anytime except Sunday and holiday.
Business hours in the warehouse are from 8 am to 17 pm (Monday to Saturday).

The price is changed depends on the items you choose and port of discharge (If you prefer C&F).
Please send us an email with your requirements from inquiry box. If you have request price, we would appreciate if you could send with it.
In addition to it, please let us know your company name, address, phone number and name of port you want us to ship.

You can select the products and load to one container.
We will try to make a container based on your request items and quantity as much as possible.

We accept FOB, C&F and EXW.

We accept bank transfer(T/T) and paid by cash only. We are afraid but we cannot accept pay by credit card and L/C.
